Memory Poster Studio has no contact form and no ticketing system, for the same reason it has no accounts: the less infrastructure stands between you and a printable keepsake, the more private, reliable and fast the whole service stays. Please include the tool name (for example "Star Map Poster"), your browser and operating system, and, when relevant, the print size or theme you were using. You never need to attach the poster itself or any personal document; describe the issue instead, because every file is generated locally on your device and never reaches us.
We read every message personally. We usually reply within 2 to 4 business days; around holidays or product launches it may take up to a week. We are a small team across limited time zones, so please pardon a short wait — a real person will answer, not an automated queue.
Business cooperation. Bundles, editorial features, gift shops, print shops and framing partners, affiliate ideas or co-branded keepsake projects are all welcome. Tell us who you are, what you make, and what you have in mind; we reply to serious proposals with details on the (upcoming) Pro program and advertising plans.
Advertising. Questions about the reserved ad slots, Google AdSense setup, sponsored placements or partnership campaigns should mention "Advertising" in the subject. We keep advertising separate from the tools themselves: a poster download will never depend on watching an ad, and we do not accept creatives that interfere with the canvas or the download flow.
Support. Bugs, wrong city coordinates, translation mistakes, printing or DPI questions, accessibility issues and feature requests are exactly what we want to hear about. For a suspected calculation issue, include the date, time, city and layout so we can reproduce it. We also gladly receive your stories — anniversaries, nursery walls, wedding gifts — and, with permission, share some of them in the articles section.
